Our Classes
Our Pilates classes focus on building a strong, functional body through mindful movement, core strength, and improved posture. Designed to enhance stability, flexibility, and body awareness, each session supports better everyday movement and a balanced, aligned physique.
Pilates
We offer traditional yoga classes rooted in the foundational pillars of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, breath work (Pranayama), mindful postures (Asanas), and spiritual connection. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, find balance, and deepen your inner awareness, honouring yoga’s authentic, holistic approach.
Yoga
Our journey began with a simple observation — Downtown Hull was missing a consistent space dedicated to yoga and mindful movement. We felt the need for a welcoming, down-to-earth studio where people could come not just to move, but to connect, breathe, and feel supported. So we have revitalized a small and quaint space with a big heart, prioritizing wellness, movement, and a strong sense of community. Our goal is to offer more than just classes — we’re here to build a home for health, healing, and connection in the heart of Hull.
