Our Class Styles

Pilates

Our Pilates classes focus on building a strong, functional body through mindful movement, core strength, and improved posture. Designed to enhance stability, flexibility, and body awareness, each session supports better everyday movement and a balanced, aligned physique. We bring good energy, upbeat music, and a fun, welcoming vibe to every class — making movement something you’ll look forward to!

Yoga

We offer traditional yoga classes rooted in the foundational pillars of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, breath work (Pranayama), mindful postures (Asanas), and spiritual connection. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, find balance, and deepen your inner awareness, honouring yoga’s authentic, holistic approach. All levels.

Our vinyasa classes encompass the same as Hatha, but with more fluid movement. For all levels but with slightly more intensity.

Dharma Yoga

This specialty 1.5 hour class blends strong physical postures with deep spiritual intention. This is a physically and energetically demanding class recommended for students with an established practice.

Forrest Yoga

This specialty 1.5 hour class with a reputation for its intensity, the style emphasizes connecting to one's feelings in order to work through physical and emotional trauma. It is a powerful, transformative experience designed to build strength, release tension, and connect you to your breath and body.

Our journey began with a simple observation — Downtown Hull was missing a consistent space dedicated to yoga and mindful movement. We felt the need for a welcoming, down-to-earth studio where people could come not just to move, but to connect, breathe, and feel supported. So we have revitalized a small and quaint space with a big heart, prioritizing wellness, movement, and a strong sense of community. Our goal is to offer more than just classes — we’re here to build a home for health, healing, and connection in the heart of Hull.
